Paramount Care is licensed by The Care Commission and works within the National Care Standards for Nursing Agencies.
We only employ experienced trained nurses and care workers to work in nursing and residential homes. All staff are personally interviewed, references taken up, and all nurses’ qualifications are checked against the Nursing & Midwifery Council’s Register. Disclosure Scotland checks are carried out for all staff.
The Agency is very aware of the problems facing employers in recruiting suitably trained nurses and care workers. It realises that due to the shortages of nursing staff, it can be difficult to fill vacancies or manage sickness absence. Paramount Care prides itself on filling shifts as quickly as possible.
Paramount Care is happy to work with Home Managers to enable them to meet their staffing needs, either short or long-term.
We are working throughout Fife, Dundee, Angus and Perth. We do, however, have staff who are able to travel further afield and enquiries from any area are welcome.
