Ruth Smyth (Managing Director)
Ruth qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1981 and as a Registered Midwife in 1983. After working in NHS for several years, Ruth worked as a Nurse Practitioner in general practice. She graduated in 1998 with a BSc(Hons) in Advanced Nursing Practice. Ruth is a member of the Rotary Club of Kirkcaldy Raith. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Kathy Taylor (Service Manager)
Kathy worked in an exporting business as Assistant Manager before coming to Paramount Care in 2006. Her responsibilities are to set up packages of care, allocate staff, and ensure that the day-to-day business of providing high quality care to our clients runs smoothly. Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen interior designer in her spare time.

Joanna Wojtyniak (Finance Administrator)
Joanna is responsible for the employee payroll and all other financial matters. She is meticulous in all that she does and is keen to develop and learn more regarding finance and accounts. Joanna has a Master's Degree in Tutelary and Educational Pedagogy as well as a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Management. She worked with children from dysfunctional families and with special needs. Joanna is married and loves to go back home to Poland for her holidays.
